Constitutional Hydrotherapy
Constitutional Hydrotherapy is a powerful and effective physiotherapeutic treatment modality that uses contrasting hot and cold water temperatures and electronic muscle stimulation for personalized treatments that improve overall wellbeing.
A Naturopathic intake must first be scheduled prior to starting Constitutional Hydrotherapy treatment.
Far Infrared Sauna Treatment
Far Infrared Sauna with grounding mat and cold water wrap treatment for detoxification and rejuvenation. Far IR sauna is made of 100% solid poplar wood and has the lowest EMF emission of any sauna on the market. Treatment is 20-30 minutes in the sauna followed by a 15-20 minute cold water wrap. This is a uniquely naturopathic approach to using the IR sauna. Benefits include detoxification, cardiovascular health, fitness improvements, reduced pain and inflammation, cognitive and mental benefits, boosted immune system, improved skin and cellular longevity.
An initial naturopathic intake is not required to book a Far IR Sauna treatment.
